Joint POA Meeting on December 10 at 7:30 p.m. at the Garden City Senior Center

All four Property Owners’ Associations (Central, Eastern, Estates and Western) will hold a special joint meeting on Wednesday, December 10, at 7:30 p.m. at the Garden City Senior Center located at 6 Golf Club Lane. All POA members are encouraged to attend and the meeting is open to all residents of Garden City.

Village of Garden City Fire Chief James Taunton will be the guest speaker and will discuss the three potential renovation approaches for Fire Station No. 2, located at Edgemere Road and Stewart Avenue in the Western section. The Board of Trustees is expected to adopt a bond resolution selecting one of these approaches the following night.

Village and Board of Education Trustees will also hold discussions with residents.
